The 2025 Toronto Spring Camping & RV Show, produced by the Canadian Recreational Vehicle Association (CRVA), will take place from February 27 to March 2 at The International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, marking the organization's 50th anniversary while showcasing the growing popularity of RV travel among Canadian households. According to a 2023 IPSOS study, 2.1 million Canadian households own an RV, collectively taking 7.7 million RV trips annually, demonstrating the significant role recreational vehicles play in Canadian travel culture. This year's show will feature an unprecedented display of over 450 vehicles across five expansive halls, offering options ranging from luxurious Class A motorhomes to compact travel trailers suitable for various budgets and lifestyles.
Visitors will have access to engaging seminars and expert panels focusing on RV maintenance, solar power benefits, and safe towing techniques, providing practical knowledge for both novice and experienced RV enthusiasts. The event also includes family-friendly activities such as live entertainment, a Kids Zone with interactive experiences, and opportunities to win prizes including a 7-day motor home vacation. A unique aspect of the show is the RV Lifestyle Village, which will host presentations from notable RV enthusiasts, including a live podcast by The RV Canucks and talks from world travelers Frankie and Alex from FNAVanlife.
Over 150 vendors will showcase the latest RV accessories, outdoor equipment, and lifestyle enhancements at https://www.crva.ca, offering attendees comprehensive shopping opportunities. Shannon O'Callaghan, CRVA's Show Director, emphasized the event's significance, stating that it represents not just a celebration of the past but an embrace of the future of RVing. The show aims to provide attendees with tools and knowledge to enhance their recreational vehicle experiences. With rising travel costs, many Canadian families are turning to RVs as an affordable alternative for creating lasting memories and exploring new destinations. The Toronto Spring Camping & RV Show offers a comprehensive platform for individuals and families interested in discovering the freedom and flexibility of the RV lifestyle, reflecting a broader trend toward more economical and self-directed travel options in the current economic climate.
